PressArea's lines to take and positioning feature allows you to custom create briefing notes, frequently asked questions and answers so your press team are fully informed with the best response.
Answering frequently answered questions can be a pain; you have a journalist on the phone and they need an answer to your businesses line on say, a new runway, your companies position on a stock market fall, or how you’re going to cope with a virus. The problem is, if you can’t remember the exact wording – and who can? - then you need to search for the answer and searching for an answer is never easy, especially when you have someone shouting down the phone at you. The answer is always either in a document, or in an email, but you can never remember where the latest version is, or where it’s filed, or who sent the email it’s in. There has to be an easier way and a more streamlined way to do this? Well there is now and it’s PressArea’s lines to take positioning feature.

Is there a limit on the number of lines to take?
No there’s no limit on the number of lines to take or on the number of questions on each positioning statement.
